Ultrasonic cavitation is a process that uses high-frequency sound waves that are beyond our hearing range to do something pretty interesting. These sound waves create tiny, microscopic bubbles in a liquid, and it's used in various applications, including body treatments.

Think of these bubbles as tiny, vibrating helpers. When they form, they exert very gentle but constant pressure on the surrounding material, which is the fat cells in your body. This pressure causes the fat cells to shake or vibrate, this leads to the breakdown of these fat cells into smaller pieces.

It's a bit like when you shake a jar with something inside. Eventually, if you keep shaking it, things inside the jar will start to break apart or dissolve. Ultrasonic cavitation does something similar with fat cells, making them smaller and disappearing completely.
